I work with people with all sorts of goals and needs; from exercising with a disability and pain management, to needing support with consistency and finding an exercise routine you can stick to. If you often feel excluded from the world of fitness, or just a bit lost at where to start (or restart), then I would love to have a chat with you to see if I can help.
Please note, I focus on body neutrality and I won’t bring up weight loss as a goal unless this is something you would specifically like to discuss.
